NEW Hair + Makeup Tutorial: Smokey Eyes & Bright Lips

After almost 1 year I finally got a new haircut and color…back to 1 color again! I don’t do tutorials too often, but my good friend Minette from Learnwithminette asked me and 2 other close friends of ours to do a collaboration tutorial featuring our 15 eyeshadow palette we all received in our December Starlooks Starbox for only $15! I decided to experiment with a smokey eye look since I normally go for neutral colors on a daily.
