Walking Dead Birthday Party

So my son just turned 7 and Yes he is a huge fan of the show The Walking Dead…don’t judge me. Actually our entire fam is a huge fan of the show, so it didn’t surprise me when Dylan asked for a Walking dead theme for his 7th birthday. It just so happens that his birthday also falls around Halloween and surprise surprise he also chose his fave Walking Dead character for his costume…Negan.

We found a great deal on Groupon for his party at Xplozone Trampoline Park here in Las Vegas for about 20 kids. We picked up some pizza, drinks and a Filipino cake and all we had to do was show up, decorate and let the kids jump away!

Prior to the party, I first chose a cute birthday digital invite off Etsy shop called OrangeOrchardDigital.

Next I found the coolest Walking dead banner to match on WalkingMombieDesign on Etsy too!

Next up was attire…found the perfect Walking Dead 7th birthday theme tee, also on Etsy, from a shop called KidsCustomDesigns.

Lastly, the easiest part of all…the decorations and utensils. I got all of our Zombie themed items from my go to online shop Oriental Trading Company. If you browse Zombie party under birthday themes, you will find all the items I purchased and more. I got our table cloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils and zombie deco in bulk for amazing deals. On each plate I put a zombie themed box filled with zombie themed gummies and zombie eye patches and a personalized Zombie themed swirl lollipop. Also an added touch for Halloween, I got some pumpkin foam cutouts with a variety of zombie face pieces for them to decorate a Zombie pumpkin. Last but not least, the zombie goodie bag totes, which I filled with mini Halloween snacks instead of more candy.

Overall, it was a success…on a minimal budget, we were able to pull it off. And most importantly my Walking Dead fanatic was thrilled!
