Mommy Minute: Eating Out On A Budget

I’ve been inspired to do this Mommy Minute segment on eating out on a budget for awhile now. With 3 small kids, going out to eat in a restaurant is a task in itself and being conscious of our budget has taught me some simple tricks to save a few dollars here and there. Since my kids barely ever finish a kids meal, we opt to buy a full size adult entree to split between the 3 of them. This also applies to times we go for fast food…we nix the 3 McDonalds happy meals and toy, for 20 piece nuggets and a large fries for everyone to share. Does anyone else do this too?
