Why I haven’t been blogging???

I can’t believe it’s been over 1 month since my last blog post on April 20th! Although I’ve still been keeping up with my You Tube channel, I haven’t had much time to post new blogs. I promised myself that I would post regular “diary-like” entries on here prior to April, but got overwhelmed during the entire month of May.

First off, my in-laws were in town and we’ve been making sure to take the kids to spend as much quality time with them when my husband was off. Also, we made a decision to go forward with a vow renewal for our 7 year anniversary on July 14th. Since we only got married civilly in Las Vegas in 2005, we thought this was the perfect opportunity to finally have a church wedding. With minimal time to plan it all, I’ve been swamped trying to secure all the major details for now. I’ll keep you guys updated with the plans here and on my channel as the big day nears!

Towards the end of May, aside from Memorial Day, my father, father-in-law and 2nd daughter Maliya all have birthdays 1-2 days apart from each other. Needless to say, May is normally a busy month anyway. Since my parents went away on vacation to celebrate my father’s birthday. We decided to take a roadtrip with the kids and my in-laws for 1 week. I posted a Vlog video on our vacation on my channel if you haven’t seen it yet.

We had a relaxing time visiting family in Augusta, GA and then visiting Hilton Head Island, SC to spend time by the beach.  So now that vacation is over, my mindset is focused on finalizing all the details of our church wedding and keeping up with You Tube and my Blog! I’ll attach a few pics of our vacay below! I hope you are all doing well and thanks for taking the time to read my little entry and update!
